Architectural historian for the rehabilitation of a 1937-1941 Streamline Moderne former hospital in Queens, NY. Designed by the Office of John Russell Pope and completed by successor firm Eggers & Higgins, the building has been converted into supportive and affordable housing. Services included nominating the building to the National Register of Historic Places (listed in 2019), and providing consulting services for State and Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credit applications.
